COLUMBUS, Ohio — It’s been a tremendous return to tennis for the members of the Central Buckeye League. We’ve seen the dominance of Bexley Sophomore Amiya Bowles and we’ve witnessed dynamic performances from the doubles tandem of Arya Chabria and Yasemin Bilgin from Columbus Academy. All three young women reached the pinnacle of high school tennis by winning state championships last weekend. Bowles claimed a singles championship, while Bilgin and Chabria captured a doubles title.
Top to bottom, the 2023 campaign has been an exciting one for tennis fans across the CBL. Here are the all-league award winners as voted on by our coaches.
