DELAWARE, Ohio – The Bexley Lions successfully defended their place at the top of the Central Buckeye League, claiming the 2024 Boys Cross Country Championship on Saturday morning at the league championship hosted by Buckeye Valley High School.
The Lions scored a meet best 21 points, which is a 17-point improvement on their score from just a season ago.
Columbus Academy finished in second place with 69 points, while Grandview Heights compiled 91 points on Saturday morning. Rounding out the top five is Worthington Christian and Buckeye Valley who finished fourth and fifth respectively.
Whitehall-Yearling finishes in sixth position.
