COLUMBUS, Ohio — It’s been three days since Bishop Ready High School was crowned league champions on Friday night with a 28-7 victory against Columbus Academy but the awards don’t stop rolling in for the Silver Knights. 12 members of the Ready Football Program captured postseason all-league awards Monday, including dynamic playmaker Kentrell Rinehart.
Rinehart, a junior running back, takes home Central Buckeye League Player of the Year honors this season. It’s been a memorable year for the Silver Knights rusher as he’s accumulated nearly 2,200 yards on the ground and rushed for 38 touchdowns. In early October, he accounted for the ninth most rushing yards in the nation.
