Columbus School for Girls partners with Columbus Fury of Pro Volleyball Federation

BEXLEY, Ohio – Columbus School for Girls has announced that it will partner with the Columbus Fury of the Pro Volleyball Federation. CSG becomes the home of the Fury as the club begins its second season of professional volleyball in Central Ohio.

As part of the partnership, Fury coaches and players will utilize the Columbus School for Girls facilities for a training camp last from December 1 through December 23. In addition to the training camp, the team will utilize CSG facilities for evening practices throughout the season.

“We’re thrilled to welcome the Columbus Fury to our campus,” said Camille Seals, Head of School at CSG. “Partnering with the Columbus Fury is an honor and reflects our commitment to fostering community connections within Columbus. As the city’s sole major women’s professional sports team, the Fury aligns perfectly with our mission to empower young women to become confident, capable leaders ready to change the world.”

“Our students are very excited about the opportunity to meet the Columbus Fury players and have the chance to watch them practice in our very own gym,” said Megan Henry, Athletic Director at CSG. “These women will serve as role models for our students in their competitiveness, work ethic and as leaders in our community. Our volleyball athletes are especially excited to have the opportunity to learn new skills from not only the players, but wonderful coaching staff.”
